目标:I. 比较被认为具有高复发风险并接受长期辅助唑雷 (ZDX) 与新辅助 ZDX 后无辅助治疗的前列腺癌患者的局部控制、无病生存和总生存/氟他胺和放疗。 二。 比较接受这两种方案治疗的患者的性功能。
大纲:随机研究。 第 I 组:新辅助抗雄激素治疗和释放因子激动剂治疗加放疗。 氟他胺,FLUT,NSC-147834;和 Zoladex,ZDX,NSC-606864;加上使用能量至少为 4 MV(首选至少 6 MV)的兆伏设备进行的外部光束照射。 第二组:新辅助抗雄激素疗法和释放因子激动剂疗法加放疗,然后是辅助释放因子激动剂疗法。 弗鲁特;和 ZDX;加上使用第 I 组中设备的外部光束照射;其次是 ZDX。

疾病特征: 经组织学证实的局部晚期前列腺腺癌,包括: 局限于前列腺的大块原发性肿瘤(临床阶段 T2c) 原发性肿瘤超出包膜(临床阶段 T3-4) 无常见的髂或主动脉旁淋巴结受累 区域性允许髂总水平以下淋巴结受累 影像学检查阳性淋巴结必须通过 FNA 或手术取样进行活检 PSA 不超过 150(强制性) 无远处转移
