- 冠状动脉和非冠状动脉病因引起的多器官功能障碍综合征(APACHE II 评分≥20)
- 多器官功能障碍综合征诊断时间≤ 24 小时
- 心率 ≥ 90bpm 的窦性心律
- β-受体阻断剂的现有禁忌症
- 关于试验治疗的书面知情同意书或确定或怀疑的积极意愿
排除标准:
- 未满18周岁的患者
- 怀孕、哺乳
- 既往有慢性肾功能衰竭病史且肾小球滤过率 <30ml/min 的患者
- 恶性高热患者
- 烧伤病人
- 器官移植后急性排斥反应患者
- 出血和需要输血的患者
- 疑似缺氧性脑损伤患者的复苏
- 最近3个月内参加过或参加过其他研究的患者
- 除败血症或心源性休克之外的其他类型的休克
- 严重心脏瓣膜病患者
- 对活性物质或任何赋形剂过敏
- 严重肝功能不全
- 病态窦房结综合征
- 窦房传导阻滞
- 起搏器依赖
- 三度AV阻滞
