凝血障碍是使用体外循环 (CPB) 进行心脏直视手术后的常见问题。 有些出血严重到需要早期重新探查以控制 2-4% 患者的出血。(1,2) 在成人中,术后出血过多与重复手术、急诊操作、女性、体重指数小、年龄较大、外周血管疾病、肾功能不全(肌酐 > 1.8g/dL)、营养不良(白蛋白 < 4g)有关/dL) 以及经历过长时间 CPB 持续时间的患者。 (3,4)

- 初级隔离 CABG
排除标准:
- 将接受联合手术的患者
- 重做手术
- 出血素质(血友病或血小板计数,100 x 109 L1)
- 肾功能损害(肌酐 > 130umol/L)
- 已知对 TA 过敏
- 最近(< 手术前 7 天)服用抗血小板药物(如阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、替克立德)或手术后 48 小时内服用肝素
