对于新的研究参与者,您将被要求:
- 允许研究人员访问您的医疗记录以收集临床信息并获取 MRI 扫描和报告的副本。
- 填写一份关于您的生活质量、家族史和医疗/手术史的问卷。
- 提供血液和/或唾液样本,以及粪便样本。
- 允许存储和使用您的 CCM 切除组织用于研究(如果正在接受手术)。
- 参与年度随访以更新医学、外科和神经学信息。
符合条件的病例包括在三个 CCM 基因之一中具有已知基因突变的病例或满足以下 3 项临床标准中的 2 项的病例:
- CCM的临床诊断,
- MRI 上的多灶性病变,和/或
- CCM 的家族史。
排除标准:
- 不能或不愿签署知情同意书且没有合适的代理人的患者。
- 囚犯和无家可归者,因为无法使用标准程序联系对象和收集后续数据。
