PCI 程序的实施和 PCI 后护理的提供将按照常规机构惯例进行,不会受协议驱动。

描述
纳入标准:
- 连续接受择期或低风险(即不稳定心绞痛而非非 ST 段抬高型心肌梗死)紧急 PCI 的患者。
- 没有排除 SDD 的社会人口学因素(禁止因素包括没有家人/朋友可以陪在病人身边直到第二天护士打电话,没有工作电话,没有可靠的交通工具,回家距离医疗基础设施 > 60 分钟,无法获得/支付用于药物)。
- PCI 程序在 08/04/14 和 08/03/16 之间执行。
- 使用 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Cardiovascular Consortium (BMC2) PCI 注册风险预测模型,住院期间住院期间死亡、输血或造影剂肾病的短期风险等于或低于 1%。
