纳入/排除标准:所有成人(≥18 岁)在生物制剂治疗中确诊 IBD 或计划在 1 个月内启动该药物(定义为任何抗 TNF、那他珠单抗、维多珠单抗或优特克单抗)将被纳入前瞻性队列(最初是在 5 个地点进行试点,后来全额资助涉及 CRA 的所有地点)。 当前使用生物制剂的个体将被包括在内(即 普遍用户),并收集有关初始生物开始时间和先前特定配方的记录。 理想情况下,将在决定开始使用生物制剂的访视时招募新的生物制剂启动者。 那些有 4 种描述的与生物制剂相关的反常结果之一的先前病史的人也将被包括为流行病例,以增加样本量,并根据每个医疗记录收集适当的临床信息。 所有关于流行病例的数据都将被输入历史前瞻性跟进,以确保矛盾反应不会再次发生。

研究联系时间表:
最重要的时间线适用于未发生事件、基线亲自同意和血清收集、每 6 个月联系一次以进行电话联系访问或在常规诊所随访期间进行随访的个人。 底线是针对确实发生事件的人,在事件解决之前进行更密切的跟进,并重复采集血清。 因此,联系的时间从 3 到 6 个月不等,其中绝大多数每隔 6 个月进行一次跟进。
