静息时肺功能的评估(肺活量测定法、体体积描记术和肺一氧化碳扩散能力)将从患者病历中提取。
当进行超过六个月时,研究人员将重复进行。
患者将进行 5-10W/分钟的增量 CPET,受症状限制(FEV1 <1L-5W 或 FEV1>1L-10W)(访问 1)。
在 2-7 天的时间段后,CPET 将在增量 CPET(访问 2 和 3)中达到峰值负荷的 75% 时进行次最大负荷。
通过面罩(Vital RHDSON Signs®,美国新泽西州)应用 EPAP (10cmH2O) 将在一次就诊时随机给予不透明信封。
在没有 EPAP 的访问期间,将使用无阻力应用的面膜进行维护。
IC系列测量将在演习之前、期间和之后立即进行。
