纳入标准:
HIV-1 感染的确认 HIV 感染被定义为在进入研究之前的任何时间通过任何许可的快速 HIV 检测或 HIV 酶或化学发光免疫测定 (E/CIA) 检测试剂盒提供的文件,并通过许可的蛋白质印迹或第二抗体测试确认通过初始快速 HIV 和/或 E/CIA 以外的方法,或通过 HIV-1 抗原、血浆 HIV-1 RNA 病毒载量。
注意:术语“许可”是指美国 FDA 批准的套件。
WHO(世界卫生组织)和 CDC(疾病控制与预防中心)指南规定,确认初始测试结果必须使用与初始评估所用测试不同的测试。 应通过另一种类型的快速检测或基于不同抗原制备和/或不同检测原理(例如,间接与竞争性)的 E/CIA 或蛋白质印迹或血浆 HIV 来确认反应性初始快速检测-1 RNA 病毒载量。

- 筛选时 CD4+ 细胞计数 ≥ 300 个细胞/mm3(访视 1)。

- 与研究人员有效沟通的能力和意愿;在遵守协议要求方面被认为是可靠的、愿意的和合作的。
- 足够的血管通路用于白细胞分离术。
- 能够毫无困难地吞咽药片。
- 能够并愿意毫无困难地接受皮内 (ID) 注射。
具有以下任何书面文件的女性:
- 先前的子宫切除术或双侧卵巢切除术(切除双侧卵巢)
- 双侧输卵管结扎或非手术永久绝育
- 子宫和卵巢完好且未来月经 ≥ 一年且记录的 FSH 水平表明绝经后状态的女性。

- 已知对研究性免疫疗法的成分或 VOR 或其类似物或 DMSO 的成分过敏或敏感。

未经治疗的梅毒感染(定义为阳性快速血浆反应素 (RPR),但没有明确的治疗记录)。

- 在筛选前 30 天内使用过任何研究性抗逆转录病毒药物(访问 1)。
