纳入标准:
- 女性患者。 应该注意的是,LAM 几乎只发生在女性身上。
- 18 至 65 岁。
- 所有患者都必须诊断为 LAM,其定义为胸部计算机断层扫描 (CT) 上相容的囊性改变和以下情况之一:
- 符合 LAM 的开胸、经支气管或胸腔穿刺活检
- 与 LAM 一致的开放式或穿刺式腹部活检结果
- 结节性硬结瘤复合体 (TSC)、肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤、囊性腹部淋巴管瘤或胸部或腹部乳糜积液病史的临床表现
- 血清血管内皮生长因子 D (VEGF-D) > 800 pg/ml
- 受试者最近的第一秒用力呼气容积 (FEV1) 必须减少 > 50 毫升/年,如在入组前的最后 24 个月内至少间隔 6 个月测量的至少两次肺功能测试 (PFT) 所示学习。
排除标准:
- 当前感染。
- 过去2个月内做过大手术

- 在 30 天内使用另一种研究药物
