我们机构没有针对营养支持的方案或算法,目前 EN 的临床实践是由医生、营养师和学生在每 24 小时的早间查房时开出的,开出的 EN 配方的种类取决于患者的临床状况患者,当患者需要蛋白质补充剂时,添加模块化蛋白质补充剂。

实验性的:肠内营养支持算法
初始滴注20~40ml/h,在接下来的8~12h内评价耐受性,胃内滴注可增加25ml/8~12h,幽门后喂养可增加10~20ml/h,用于推注输注 每 4-5 小时初始输注 125 毫升,并在接下来的 8-12 小时内评估耐受性。
