详细说明
参与者招募:
将通过当地自闭症和治疗组织、Waisman 中心研究登记处以及自闭症谱系障碍 (ASD) 和喂养的现有研究招募家庭。 此外,将有针对性地努力招募更大的麦迪逊社区的样本代表。 总共将招募 50 个有孩子被诊断为 ASD(2-7 岁)且父母报告有喂养问题的家庭。 每个孩子都将根据 BAMBIC、STEP-CHILD 和为该研究开发的 10 项筛选问卷进行资格筛选。 选择年龄范围是为了可靠地确认 ASD 诊断、父母对喂养的高度参与,并捕获具有高患病率的喂养模式紊乱的小发育范围。 ASD 的诊断将根据黄金标准评估程序进行确认:在获得许可的临床心理学家的监督下进行 ADOS 和临床印象。 承担喂养孩子主要角色的父母将被要求与孩子一起参与研究。 所有个人都将被告知他们可以随时退出参与。
手续:
五十个有 ASD 儿童的家庭将被要求在大约六个月内参加 24 次家长介导的喂养干预访问。 此外,父母将被要求在家中或通过电话参加 6 至 8 次家长培训课程。 两组家庭的登记将错开,以允许根据登记家庭的反馈进一步调整和完善协议。

干涉:

分析:
描述性统计将用于描述家庭和儿童特征以及家庭满意度。 来自父母的访谈数据将被录音、逐字转录并导入 Nvivo 进行数据管理和分析支持,为干预计划的未来调整提供信息,并开始阐明该计划可能对谁最有效以及为什么。 方差分析 (ANOVA) 将用于评估感兴趣的关键变量干预前后的差异。
