详细说明
参与这项研究的患者预计将返回爱荷华大学牙科学院进行总共 12 次就诊。 每个受试者的估计研究长度将在 42 到 48 个月之间变化,具体取决于组别分配。

纳入标准:
- 可能是男性或女性
- 年龄:18岁或以上
- 单根牙(下颌切牙除外)需要拔除的受试者
- 拔牙窝壁应完好无损或只有一个骨壁(颊侧或舌侧)开裂延伸不超过总骨壁高度的 50%
- 必须身体和心理健康,才能接受常规牙科治疗,包括与拔牙和种植体植入相关的外科手术
- 受试者的治疗计划必须包括用牙种植体支持的固定修复体替换要拔出的牙齿
- 受试者必须阅读、理解并签署知情同意书
排除标准:
- 下颌切牙
- 与待拔牙或邻牙相关的急性感染
- 严重的心脏、胃、肝、肾、血液、免疫系统疾病或其他器官损伤或全身性疾病的病史,这些疾病会阻止接受建议的治疗或可能导致愈合受损(例如, 糖尿病控制不佳,大量吸烟 [>10 支香烟/天])
