方法 确定金钱激励提高药物依从性的功效。 目标 1.1 研究人员将使用 Morisky 药物依从性量表 (MMAS) 确定 FH 青少年的基线依从性水平。

奖励系统说明:
在此提案中,受试者将获得资金以激励其坚持。 受试者将每隔 30 天收到 30 美元的信用额度,只能在 30 天期限结束时使用。 对于每笔支出,只有当个人每天通过 Wellth 应用程序提交所有必需的药物照片时,才能赚取全部 30 美元。 对于每次错过的签到,受试者将在 30 天期限结束时从要支付的金额中损失 2 美元。 在这项研究中,将有两个连续的 30 天时间段,受试者可以获得奖励。 60 天后,受试者将继续使用 Wellth App 记录 60 天的依从性,但在此期间不会获得任何奖励。 最后 60 天的期限用于确定奖励期是否对激励停止后的服药依从性产生影响。
