- 年龄在 18 至 80 岁之间的任何种族的男性或女性
- 诊断为高血压前期或高血压,并在基线访视期间得到验证
- 筛选前不使用抗高血压药物 ≥ 30
- 目前未服用任何抗高血压药物或拒绝服用任何抗高血压药物(例如利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)、血管紧张素 II 受体阻滞剂 (ARB)、]β 受体阻滞剂 (BB)、肾素抑制剂 (RI)、钙通道阻滞剂 (CCB) 或 α-肾上腺素能激动剂(可乐定))
- 足够的视力,患者能够看到设备上的屏幕提示,足够的听力,患者能够听到设备的音频提示,足够的手部力量(通过设备测量的双手的最大自主收缩等于 35 个单位的力来证明)
- 在基线访问期间收集基线血压测量值并完成研究设备培训
- 在整个研究期间不使用与高血压相关的药物和非处方药 (OTC) 补充方案
- 每个家庭只有一名患者可以参与研究,消除了揭盲的可能性
- 能够遵守研究程序并同意完成所有必需的研究访问和相关活动
