- 当前或终生证据:II 型糖尿病、神经系统疾病、癌症治疗、类风湿性关节炎、狼疮、双相情感障碍、精神病或具有精神病特征的情绪障碍
- 当前非法药物使用或部分缓解不到 1 年
- 服用多种镇静剂或抗惊厥药物
- 目前怀孕
