纳入标准:
- 首次出现缺血性或脑出血性中风的患者。
- CT 扫描和/或 MRI 已排除其他病理。
- 通过临床症状/体征进行病变定位。
- 中度至轻度近端上肢运动障碍(MRC≥2)。
- 年龄20-85岁。
- 能够在整个疗程中坐在椅子或轮椅上与 RGS 互动,并且有能力并愿意参与 RGS 治疗。
排除标准:
- 研究者认为会危及患者安全或数据质量的情况或异常情况的存在。
- 妨碍实验执行的严重认知能力 (MoCA < 19)。 该临界值基于试点研究(Maier, M. 等人,2019 年)。
- 与中风无关的动静脉畸形或病变。
- 严重的相关损伤,如痉挛、沟通障碍(感觉、Wernicke 失语症或失用症)、严重疼痛或其他神经肌肉损伤或会干扰实验正确执行的矫形装置(改良 Ashworth 量表 < 3)。
- 根据治疗师的观察无法独立使用 RGS,并且缺乏护理人员的支持以使用 RGS。
