- 失眠诊断
- 没有处方或非处方安眠药或稳定 6 周以上。
失眠:
- 投诉 6+ 个月
- 充足的睡眠机会和环境
- 以下 1+ 项:难以入睡、保持睡眠状态或过早醒来
- 失眠导致的日间功能障碍(情绪、认知、社交、职业)
- 筛选访谈表明失眠严重程度指数得分≥11 或失眠严重程度指数得分 9-10
- 基线日记表明 >30 分钟的入睡潜伏期或在 3+ nts 入睡后醒来。
排除标准:
- 无法同意
- 认知障碍 [认知状态电话访谈 (TICS) <25 或简易精神状态检查 (MMSE) <26]
- 失眠以外的睡眠障碍[即睡眠呼吸暂停(呼吸暂停/低通气指数,AHI >15)]
- 双相或癫痫症
