该研究团队将从基于 Google Adwords、Reddit 和 Facebook 广告的在线研究中招募 60 名正在接受 OUD 药物治疗的成年人,因为在线招募已被证明是一种可行且具有成本效益的阿片类药物使用者招募方法. 如果招聘成本低于预期,则可能会扩大总样本量。

实验性的:智能手机数字干预组
智能手机数字干预组是实验组。
随机分配到该组的参与者将下载智能手机干预措施,并被要求每周使用干预措施四次,持续四个星期(16 次数字会议)。
智能手机数字干预也将不断收集被动传感数据。
智能手机数字干预旨在通过提供信息视频来帮助参与者治疗这些症状,从而治疗焦虑和抑郁。

快速阿片类药物依赖筛查表(RODS)是一项包含8个项目的评估工具,用于衡量阿片类药物依赖的严重程度。
在本研究中,总分通过累加两个部分计算得出:1)项目1中认可的阿片类药物类型数量(共列出8种类型,范围0-8分),以及2)项目2-8中7个依赖相关问题的“是”回答数量(范围0-7分)。
此计算方法得出的总分范围在0至15分之间。
得分越高表明个体终生使用阿片类药物的种类越广泛,且依赖症状数量越多。
