纳入标准:
• 15 岁至 60 岁的持续性 AR 患者
- 对 DF、DP、BT、蟑螂、曲霉菌、猫毛的 SPT 呈阳性
- 拥有并能够操作带有内置警报功能的智能手机
- 能够理解简单的指令
- 可以阅读英语和马来语的患者
- 新诊断的 AR 或既往患者每周仅使用鼻内皮质类固醇少于 4 次
排除标准:
• 接受免疫治疗的患者
- 轻度间歇性 AR 患者
- 怀孕患者
- 精神疾病患者
- 患有严重解剖阻塞的患者(严重的 DNS、肉眼息肉病、鼻肿瘤)
- 伴或不伴鼻息肉病的慢性鼻窦炎 (CRS)
- 对INCS有不良反应的患者
- 重度听力损失患者

实验性的:手机日常报警
具有正常报警系统且由患者独有的移动智能手机。
警报将由第二位调查员设置,以在每天早上 6 点 - 10 点(根据参与者的偏好)之间提醒参与者。
