纳入标准:
- 18岁以上
- 一项中度或高度心脏风险的择期手术
并且至少满足以下标准之一:
- 严重肺部合并症:GOLD 后肺气肿和/或 COPD >= 2 心脏:NYHA > = 2
- 和/或转移性恶性肿瘤
- ASA 身体状况分类 >= 3 和虚弱前期或虚弱
