学习规划:
患者将被随机分配到 2 个言语治疗组之一,以及随机分配到 2 个刺激组(主动阳极刺激或假刺激)之一。 患者将接受两种不同的言语治疗干预措施中的一种,以专注于特定的处理缺陷。 参与者将接受神经心理学评估和功能磁共振成像评估,然后接受 10 次靶向阳极 tDCS 或假 tDCS 治疗。 然后,参与者将使用行为评估措施和功能磁共振成像进行重新测试,然后再次接受 tDCS 干预以及相同的言语治疗臂。 他们将在治疗 2 后 3 个月完成行为评估和功能磁共振成像,并在治疗 2 后 6 个月完成最终行为评估。

描述
纳入标准:
- 患者必须年满 18 岁。
患者年龄不得超过 85 岁。
患者必须因左侧局灶性神经损伤而出现语言障碍(例如, 中风、肿瘤)。
患者必须是成年人并且英语流利。
患者必须有资格接受 MRI 检查。
除了满足入选标准外,不会因种族、民族或性别而给予任何优惠。
排除标准:
- 晚期神经退行性疾病(即 阿尔茨海默病第三阶段)
神经系统疾病(例如 特发性癫痫、未得到良好控制的癫痫病、帕金森病、ALS)、
严重的精神病理学(例如 精神分裂症、双向情感障碍、急性重性抑郁发作)
怀疑或诊断出无法纠正的听力或视力困难,或发育障碍(即 智力障碍或学习障碍)。
MRI 禁忌症,例如幽闭恐惧症、植入电子设备、体内存在与 MRI 不相容的金属、极度肥胖、怀孕、无法平躺、无法看到或听到刺激材料。
18岁以下或85岁以上。
肿瘤切除后 < 6 个月。
