参与者将参加:
一次基线访视,在此期间患者将接受第一次疗程(主动或假)以及评估(疗程之前和之后) 两周后一次访视,在此期间患者将接受第二次疗程(主动或假)以及评估评估(训练前和训练后)第二次刺激条件两周后进行一次访问;患者将接受第三次评估,并在为期 4 周的开放标签阶段接受 EXOPULSE Mollii 套装,并将在家中每隔一天使用该套装进行主动刺激课程,持续 4 周。
在开放标签阶段结束时进行一次访问,以执行第四次也是最后一次评估并归还 EXOPULSE Mollii 套装。
研究人员将比较 Active 组和 Sham 组,以证明使用 Exopulse Mollii 套装可改善中风和痉挛患者的运动功能相关症状。

描述
纳入标准:
- 年龄在 18 岁至 75 岁之间。
- 至少三个月内被临床诊断为中风。
- 能够自由行走或需要支撑(修正Rankin评分≤4)。
- 能够理解口头指示。
- MAS 评分至少为 1+ 的痉挛状态。
- 文献中 BBS 评分≤46 与跌倒风险相关。
排除标准:
- 在研究期间被纳入另一项研究方案。
- 由于地理或社会原因,无法出于研究目的接受医学监测。
- 具有心脏刺激器、脑室腹腔分流器、鞘内巴氯芬泵或其他使用 EXOPULSE Mollii 防护服的禁忌症。
- 怀孕了。
- 在过去三个月内中风药物治疗发生变化。
- 患有其他躯体或神经精神诊断(例如心律失常、不受控制的癫痫、引起骨关节和肌肉疼痛的疾病)。

这将是 EXOPULSE Mollii 套装假刺激。
