- 1.年龄18-75岁
- 2. 诊断为肌肉减少症的肝硬化患者
- 3. 能够书写和宣布泰语的患者或护理人员
- 4.肝移植术后>1年的肝硬化患者
排除标准:
- 1. 肝硬化 Child-Turcotte-Pugh (CTP) C > 10 2. 难治性腹水 3. 失代偿合并症:心力衰竭 NYHA III-IV、透析 ESRD、COPD Gold D 4. 体能状态 ECOG 3-4 5. 内骨折4周或限制活动 6. 妊娠和哺乳 7. 入组前6个月内接受TACE或微波消融或射频消融治疗期间的肝癌 8. 晚期恶性肿瘤 9. 接受过化疗 10. 肌无力症 11. 6个月内近期患有脑血管疾病,运动无力等级<II级12。年龄65-75岁,有跌倒史>2次/年
