研究期间,参与者将从 3 名当地眼整形外科医生的手术名单中选出。
符合资格的参与者是那些将接受双眼眼科手术的人。
他们将被随机分为两组:A 组将轻敲前额,为第一只眼睛注射局部麻醉,然后振动前额,为第二只眼睛注射。
B 组将收到相反的结果。
将汇总疼痛评分并取平均值,以帮助确定哪种方法更优越。
除了当前的敲击标准或在注射局部麻醉剂期间完全没有触觉干扰之外,还正在考虑使用振动辅助装置(亚马逊上有各种面部按摩器,价格约为 16-20 加元)。
11 点疼痛视觉模拟量表将用于帮助对每只眼睛冷冻后的疼痛体验进行分级。
为了帮助确定是否存在差异,患者将被询问他们是否认为一种技术比另一种技术好一点、相当多或很多。
