- 28 天且 <18 岁
- 治疗败血症
- 在过去 4 小时内接受了至少 20 毫升/公斤的液体推注,并且临床医生决定继续治疗休克症状
- 注册之前或之后获得父母/看护者的同意
排除标准:
- 妊娠 <34 周出生且校正年龄 <28 天的早产儿
- 入组前 4 小时期间接受≥ 40 mL/kg 的液体推注
- 入组前开始输注正性肌力药
- 入组 60 分钟后缺乏输液和/或正性肌力药物的通路(骨内、中心静脉或外周)
- 心肌病或慢性心力衰竭
- 心血管或肾脏疾病引起的慢性高血压,需要定期降压治疗
- 已知的慢性肾衰竭(定义为需要肾脏替代治疗)
- 已知的慢性肝衰竭
- 姑息治疗患者/治疗受限的患者(不适用于正性肌力药物、心肺复苏、体外膜肺氧合、插管或通气)
- 过去 2 小时内出现心肺骤停,需要进行持续时间 > 2 分钟的心肺复苏,或者在入院期间被认为即将死亡或不可避免。
- 大出血伴失血性休克
