不使用或使用弹性上胸部按压时功能锻炼能力和呼吸性能是否有差异? 使用弹性上胸按压和弹性下胸按压在功能锻炼能力和呼吸性能方面是否有差异?
参与者将:
在不同的三天在三种条件下进行评估:无弹性压缩、上胸部压缩和下胸部压缩,压缩应用顺序随机分配。
将评估所有患者的功能能力和呼吸肌表现。
评估日期至少相隔三天。

参与者将在三种条件下进行评估:无弹性压缩、上胸部压缩和下胸部压缩,压缩应用顺序随机分配。
红色 Theraband 将用于对胸部的上部和下部区域施加压力。
对于施加按压的标准化方法,顶部边缘将与第三肋间空间对齐以进行上胸部按压,而中央水平部分将与胸骨的剑突对齐以进行下胸部按压。
呼气至EELV后,测量上下胸部周长,以第3肋间为上胸测量标记,以胸骨剑突为下胸测量标记。
Thera-Band 将调整至测量周长的 90%,确保其牢固固定,并且在整个研究过程中对感兴趣的胸部区域一致施加标准化阻力。
进行胸外按压后,参与者将接受功能锻炼能力和呼吸肌性能的测量。
