- 血友病A或B的诊断;
- 签署知情同意书;
- 提供非竞争性活动的医疗证明
排除标准:
- 活动性出血
- 严重的关节畸形妨碍运动
- 沟通和/或感觉功能严重不足,无法理解或执行教练的指示(痴呆、失语、失明、耳聋)
- 心力衰竭(NYHA 分级 > 2)
- 不稳定型心绞痛
- 需要氧疗的肺部疾病
- 有症状的外周动脉疾病
- 过去6个月内有过心肌梗塞或住院史
- 症状性直立性低血压
- 药物控制不佳的高血压(舒张压> 95 mmHg,收缩压> 160 mmHg)
- 损害运动或认知功能的严重神经系统疾病
