本研究涉及应用抗坏血酸、透明质酸和DNA钠,为在分次CO2激光治疗后使用做准备。参与者将总共参加四次治疗。在首次治疗期间,参与者将填写并签署同意书,为记录目的拍摄基线照片,并使用SASSQ进行初步评估。在第二次治疗期间,将应用分次CO2激光,然后在面部区域应用局部药物。在第三次和第四次治疗期间,分别安排在治疗后一周和四周,将使用SASSQ量表客观评估面部真皮效果,并通过照片评估和记录任何不良影响。
为便于分析和比较变量,将使用重复测量方差分析(ANOVA)进行方差分析。为此将使用IBM SPSS Statistics软件(版本29.0)。p值小于0.05将被视为具有统计学意义。

- 30岁以上的男性和女性受试者,伴有与弹性、皱纹、粗糙度、色素沉着、红斑和毛孔大小相关的中度皮肤变化;SASSQ量表评分至少12分。 菲茨帕特里克皮肤类型I-III。 同意参加方案的参与者
排除标准:
- 菲茨帕特里克皮肤类型IV-VI。 局部感染或炎症性疾病。疑似恶性肿瘤的肿瘤。 对透明质酸、抗坏血酸和DNA钠过敏。 对点阵CO2激光过敏。 怀孕或哺乳期。 局部或全身不良反应

参与者将总共参加四次访视。
在首次访视中,参与者将完成并签署知情同意书,为记录目的拍摄基线照片,并使用SASSQ量表进行初步评估。
在第二次访视中,将应用点阵CO2激光,随后在面部区域涂抹外用药物。
在第三次和第四次访视中(分别安排在治疗后一周和四周),将使用SASSQ量表客观评估面部皮肤效应,并通过照片评估和记录任何不良事件。
