- 年龄在18至50岁之间的成年人。
- 能够理解并愿意签署机构审查委员会(IRB)批准的书面知情同意书。
- 经基因或临床确诊的马凡综合征
- 慢性降主动脉夹层存在至少三个月
- 基线对比增强计算机断层扫描血管造影(CTA)显示降主动脉最大直径必须在4.0至5.0厘米之间
- 临床状况稳定且抗高血压治疗方案至少持续四周
排除标准:
- 急性或快速扩大的夹层(过去三个月内增大超过0.5厘米)
- 既往有降主动脉修复或覆膜支架置入史
- 晚期肾功能或肝功能不全
- 需要胰岛素治疗的血糖控制不佳的糖尿病
- 活动性恶性肿瘤、妊娠或其他可能禁忌生酮治疗的代谢或营养性疾病
- 体重指数低于18公斤/平方米
- 无法遵守饮食限制或随访影像学检查
- 目前参与另一项干预性研究,且经主要研究者认为可能混淆本研究结果。

实验性的:前瞻性队列
