功能状态与呼吸参数对结直肠癌长期预后的影响
结直肠癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是癌症相关发病率和死亡率的主要原因之一。其全球发病率持续上升,相当一部分病例在晚期才被诊断,这对预后产生了不利影响。早期诊断并接受手术治疗的患者长期生存结果显著更好。I期疾病的五年生存率约为90%,II期降至约70%,III期降至60%,而IV期疾病则低至8%。
高龄、家族史和环境暴露是结直肠癌公认的风险因素。此外,可改变的生活方式因素——包括吸烟、缺乏运动、不健康的饮食模式和肥胖——已被证明会显著增加患病风险。
尽管手术切除仍然是结直肠癌根治性治疗的基石,但长期结果不仅受肿瘤分期的影响,还受多种患者相关因素的影响,包括合并症、功能能力和呼吸储备。功能状态反映患者进行日常生活活动的能力,是术后恢复和长期结果的关键决定因素。功能能力下降与较差的长期生存率、生活质量下降和晚期发病率增加有关。因此,术前客观评估功能状态被认为对预测长期预后至关重要。
呼吸功能也起着关键作用,特别是在接受腹部手术的患者中。肺功能受损会增加术后肺部并发症的风险,延长住院时间,并可能间接影响长期生存。然而,评估术前呼吸参数对结直肠癌患者长期结果影响的研究仍然有限。此外,现有文献中整合功能能力和呼吸功能的综合分析很少。因此,有必要在这一领域进行进一步研究。
本研究旨在评估功能状态和呼吸参数对结直肠癌患者长期临床结果的影响。
H0:结直肠癌患者的功能状态、呼吸参数与长期临床结果之间没有统计学显著关联。
H1:结直肠癌患者的功能状态、呼吸参数与长期临床结果之间存在统计学显著关联。
