Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients with chronic kidney disease
- Patients with different contributing factors e.g Diabetis mellitus, Hypertension ,autoimmune diseases.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with pulmonary oedema or hepatic disease .
- Patients with known any organ malignancy.

Stage 2 of CKD (eGFR between 60 and 89)
