Experimental: AI-Supported Chatbot Group
Participants in this group access the web-based OSCE Coach platform.
They complete five sequential AI-supported virtual patient scenarios focusing on cervical, endometrial, ovarian, vulvar, and vaginal cancers.
The system provides mastery-based progression and immediate individualized feedback using a predefined five-domain rubric.
|
A custom web-based educational platform combining AI-supported virtual patient interaction with standardized case scenarios, predefined clinical tasks, and immediate rubric-based feedback.
|
|
No Intervention: Conventional Education Group
Participants in this group continue their standard Women's Health and Diseases Nursing course.
They complete a standard virtual patient assessment without receiving access to the AI-supported training scenarios, individualized feedback, or mastery-based practice.

|
Change in Clinical Decision Making in Nursing Scale-Turkish Version (CDMNS-Tr) Score
Time Frame: Baseline (Day 1, before the assigned study procedures) and immediately after completion of the assigned study procedures on Day 1.
|
The CDMNS-Tr is a 40-item scale assessing self-reported clinical decision-making.
Items are rated on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (never) to 5 (always), with eighteen negatively worded items being reverse-scored.
Total scores range from 40 to 200, with higher scores indicating a higher self-perception of clinical decision-making abilities.
