Diagnose af monoklonal gammopati af renal betydning hos patienter med paraproteinæmier
Dette er det første prospektive studie, som evaluerer patienter med små B-celle kloner for at diagnosticere monoklonal gammopati af renal signifikans (MGRS) og karakterisere den klinisk, anatomopatologisk og patofysiologisk under hensyntagen til en geriatrisk tilgang.

Inklusionskriterier:
- Paraproteinæmier
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Myelomatose
- Waldenstrom Makroglobulinæmi
- Kronisk lymfatisk leukæmi
- Malignt lymfom
- Monoklonal gammopati af ukendt betydning (MGUS) sekundær til infektioner
- MGUS sekundær til autoimmune sygdomme
- Ufuldendt hæmatologisk evaluering
- Nyretumor undtagen cyster Bosniak type I/II
- Anden malign neoplasi
- Uløst obstruktiv uropati
- Patienter med kun én nyre undtagen nyretransplantation
- Komorbiditeter, som ville begrænse evnen til at modtage aggressiv terapeutisk intervention
- Skrøbelige gamle mennesker
- Graviditet
- Fængsel
- Utålmodig i psykiatriske institutioner.
