Diagnose van monoklonale gammopathie van nierbetekenis bij patiënten met paraproteïnemieën
Dit is de eerste prospectieve studie die patiënten met kleine B-celklonen evalueert om monoklonale gammopathie van nierbelang (MGRS) te diagnosticeren en klinisch, anatomopathologisch en pathofysiologisch te karakteriseren, rekening houdend met een geriatrische benadering.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Paraproteïnemieën
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Multipel myeloom
- Waldenström Macroglobulinemie
- Chronische lymfatische leukemie
- Kwaadaardig lymfoom
- Monoklonale gammopathie van onbekende betekenis (MGUS) secundair aan infecties
- MGUS secundair aan auto-immuunziekten
- Onvoltooide hematologische evaluatie
- Niertumor behalve cysten Bosnisch type I/II
- Andere kwaadaardige neoplasie
- Onopgeloste obstructieve uropathie
- Patiënten met slechts één nier behalve niertransplantatie
- Comorbiditeiten die het vermogen om agressieve therapeutische interventie te ondergaan zouden beperken
- Breekbare oude mensen
- Zwangerschap
- Gevangenis
- Ongeduldig in psychiatrische instellingen.
