Diagnose av monoklonal gammopati av renal betydning hos pasienter med paraproteinemier
Dette er den første prospektive studien som evaluerer pasienter med små B-cellekloner for å diagnostisere monoklonal gammopati av renal signifikans (MGRS) og karakterisere den klinisk, anatomopatologisk og patofysiologisk under hensyntagen til en geriatrisk tilnærming.

Inklusjonskriterier:
- Paraproteinemier
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Multippelt myelom
- Waldenstrom makroglobulinemi
- Kronisk lymfatisk leukemi
- Ondartet lymfom
- Monoklonal gammopati av ukjent betydning (MGUS) sekundært til infeksjoner
- MGUS sekundært til autoimmune sykdommer
- Ufullført hematologisk evaluering
- Nyretumor unntatt cyster Bosniak type I/II
- Annen ondartet neoplasi
- Uløst obstruktiv uropati
- Pasienter med kun én nyre bortsett fra nyretransplantasjon
- Komorbiditeter som vil begrense muligheten til å motta aggressiv terapeutisk intervensjon
- Skjøre gamle mennesker
- Svangerskap
- Fengsel
- Utålmodig i psykiatriske institusjoner.
