Diagnostic de la gammapathie monoclonale d'importance rénale chez les patients atteints de paraprotéinémies
Il s'agit de la première étude prospective évaluant des patients porteurs de petits clones de lymphocytes B pour diagnostiquer la gammapathie monoclonale d'importance rénale (MGRS) et la caractériser cliniquement, anatomopathologiquement et physiopathologiquement en tenant compte d'une approche gériatrique.

- Paraprotéinémies
Critère d'exclusion:
- Myélome multiple
- Macroglobulinémie de Waldenström
- La leucémie lymphocytaire chronique
- Lymphome malin
- Gammapathie monoclonale de signification inconnue (MGUS) secondaire à des infections
- MGUS secondaire aux maladies auto-immunes
- Évaluation hématologique incomplète
- Tumeur rénale à l'exception des kystes bosniaques de type I/II
- Autre néoplasie maligne
- Uropathie obstructive non résolue
- Patients avec un seul rein sauf greffe rénale
- Co-morbidités qui limiteraient la capacité de recevoir une intervention thérapeutique agressive
- Les personnes âgées fragiles
- Grossesse
- Prison
- Impatient en institution psychiatrique.
