Diagnose einer monoklonalen Gammopathie mit renaler Bedeutung bei Patienten mit Paraproteinämien
Dies ist die erste prospektive Studie, die Patienten mit kleinen B-Zell-Klonen untersucht, um eine monoklonale Gammopathie von renaler Bedeutung (MGRS) zu diagnostizieren und sie klinisch, anatomopathologisch und pathophysiologisch unter Berücksichtigung eines geriatrischen Ansatzes zu charakterisieren.

Einschlusskriterien:
- Paraproteinämien
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Multiples Myelom
- Waldenstrom-Makroglobulinämie
- Chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie
- Malignes Lymphom
- Monoklonale Gammopathie unbekannter Signifikanz (MGUS) als Folge von Infektionen
- MGUS sekundär zu Autoimmunerkrankungen
- Unvollständige hämatologische Bewertung
- Nierentumor mit Ausnahme von Zysten Bosniak Typ I/II
- Andere bösartige Neoplasien
- Ungelöste obstruktive Uropathie
- Patienten mit nur einer Niere, außer bei Nierentransplantation
- Komorbiditäten, die die Fähigkeit einschränken würden, aggressive therapeutische Interventionen zu erhalten
- Zerbrechliche alte Menschen
- Schwangerschaft
- Gefängnis
- Ungeduldig in psychiatrischen Einrichtungen.
