Diagnos av monoklonal gammopati av renal betydelse hos patienter med paraproteinemier
Detta är den första prospektiva studien som utvärderar patienter med små B-cellskloner för att diagnostisera monoklonal gammopati av renal signifikans (MGRS) och karakterisera den kliniskt, anatomopatologiskt och patofysiologiskt med hänsyn till en geriatrisk metod.

- Paraproteinemier
Exklusions kriterier:
- Multipelt myelom
- Waldenström Makroglobulinemi
- Kronisk lymfatisk leukemi
- Malignt lymfom
- Monoklonal gammopati av okänd betydelse (MGUS) sekundär till infektioner
- MGUS sekundärt till autoimmuna sjukdomar
- Oavslutad hematologisk utvärdering
- Njurtumör förutom cystor Bosniak typ I/II
- Annan malign neoplasi
- Olöst obstruktiv uropati
- Patienter med endast en njure förutom njurtransplantation
- Samsjukligheter som skulle begränsa förmågan att få aggressiv terapeutisk intervention
- Sköra gamla människor
- Graviditet
- Fängelse
- Otålig på psykiatriska institutioner.
