Inklusionskriterier

  • Bekræftet diagnose af symptomatisk myelomatose (MM)
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG) score på 0, 1 eller 2
  • Modtog 3 til 6 cyklusser af en induktionsterapi, der inkluderer en proteasomhæmmer (PI) og immunmodulerende (IMiD) [fx bortezomib thalidomid og dexamethason (VTd), lenalidomid, bortezomib og dexamethason (RVd)] med eller uden et CD38-antistof, monoklonalt antistof eller Velcade® (bortezomib), cyclophosphamid, dexamethason (VCd) og efterfulgt af en enkelt eller tandem autolog stamcelletransplantation (ASCT). Konsolidering efter stamcelletransplantation er tilladt
  • Deltagere inden for 12 måneder fra påbegyndelse af induktionsterapi, som opnåede mindst et delvist respons (PR) efter autolog stamcelletransplantation (ASCT) med eller uden konsolidering i henhold til kriterierne for International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG 2016)

Eksklusionskriterier

  • Progressiv sygdom eller klinisk tilbagefald (som defineret af IMWG-responskriterier) efter ASCT med eller uden konsolidering eller reagerer ikke på primær terapi
  • Ulmende myelom, solitært plasmacytom eller ikke-sekretorisk myelom
  • Kendt centralnervesystem/meningeal involvering af MM
  • Tidligere maligniteter, andre end MM, medmindre deltageren har været fri for sygdommen i ≥ 5 år
