Inklusjonskriterier

  • Bekreftet diagnose av symptomatisk multippelt myelom (MM)
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group ytelsesstatus (ECOG) score på 0, 1 eller 2
  • Fikk 3 til 6 sykluser med induksjonsterapi som inkluderer en proteasomhemmer (PI) og immunmodulerende (IMiD) [f.eks. bortezomib thalidomid og deksametason (VTd), lenalidomid, bortezomib og deksametason (RVd)] med eller uten et CD38-antistoff, monoklonalt antistoff. eller Velcade® (bortezomib), cyklofosfamid, deksametason (VCd), og etterfulgt av en enkelt eller tandem autolog stamcelletransplantasjon (ASCT). Konsolidering etter stamcelletransplantasjon er tillatt
  • Deltakere innen 12 måneder fra oppstart av induksjonsterapi som oppnådde minst en delvis respons (PR) etter autolog stamcelletransplantasjon (ASCT) med eller uten konsolidering, i henhold til International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG 2016) kriterier

Eksklusjonskriterier

  • Progressiv sykdom eller klinisk tilbakefall (som definert av IMWG-responskriterier) etter ASCT med eller uten konsolidering eller reagerer ikke på primærbehandling
  • Ulmende myelom, solitært plasmacytom eller ikke-sekretorisk myelom
  • Kjent sentralnervesystem/meningeal involvering av MM
  • Tidligere maligniteter, andre enn MM, med mindre deltakeren har vært fri for sykdommen i ≥ 5 år
