CRC-diagnoosi:
Huonompi ennuste sisältää täydellisen paksusuolen tukkeuman, perforaation, alle 12 tutkittua T4-tuumoria, kohonneet CEA-tasot ennen leikkausta tai sen jälkeen, positiiviset marginaalit ja perihermo-, imusolmuke- tai laskimoinvaasio. Molekyylimarkkerit korreloivat myös paksusuolensyövän aggressiivisuuden kanssa.
Kuvaus
Sisällyttämiskriteerit:
CRC-adenokarsinoomapotilaat:
- Vaiheen II/IV potilaat, jotka saavat CTX-adjuvanttia (Ctx+-ryhmä)
- Vaiheen I/III potilaat, jotka eivät saa CTX:ää (Ctx-ryhmä)
- Normaali tai korjattu normaaliksi (korjattu kaukonäkötarkkuus 20/50 tai parempi)
Demografisesti vastaavat terveet kontrollit (HC-ryhmä)
- Yhdistetty CTX-potilaan demografisiin tietoihin: ikä (plus tai miinus 5 vuotta, sukupuoli, rotu, vaihdevuodet ja koulutus (plus tai miinus 2 vuotta)
- Normaali tai normaaliksi korjattu näkö (korjattu kaukonäkötarkkuus 20/50 tai parempi)
Poissulkemiskriteerit:
CRC-potilaat:
Syövän diagnoosi/hoito viimeisen 3 vuoden aikana. CRC:n (poikkeuspotilaat, joilla on paikallinen ihosyöpä) lisäksi aiempi kemoterapia 1 vuoden sisällä CRC:n kognitiivisen vajaatoiminnan (MMSE-pistemäärä < 25) vuoksi ennen lähtötason arviointia
Demografisesti vastaavat terveet kontrollit:
