Critère d'intégration:
- avoir plus de 18 ans,
- avoir un diagnostic primaire actuel de trouble de la thésaurisation
- n'ont pas de diagnostics psychiatriques concomitants non traités et/ou instables
- avoir un score sur l'ADHDSS qui est un écart type ou plus au-dessus de la moyenne
- avoir un score Attentional Composite sur la batterie informatisée de tests neuropsychologiques (Doniger, 2010) qui est un écart type ou plus en dessous de la moyenne
- être stable sur tous les médicaments psychotropes pendant et jusqu'à quatre semaines avant l'inscription à l'étude
Critère d'exclusion:
- prenant actuellement des améliorateurs cognitifs ou des stimulants
- les personnes ayant des antécédents de sclérose en plaques, de traumatisme crânien, de perte de conscience de plus de 5 minutes, de convulsions, de démence ou d'autres troubles organiques liés au cerveau
- Abus actuel d'alcool ou de substances et/ou antécédents de dépendance à l'alcool ou à une substance

EXPÉRIMENTAL: Expérimental : Remédiation Cognitive
L'intervention de remédiation consistera en une séquence d'exercices cognitifs informatisés conçus pour améliorer une variété d'aspects de l'attention, grâce à des exercices et pratiques répétés (Bell, Bryson, Greig, Corcoran, & Wexler, 2001; Bracy, 1995; Kurtz et al ., 2007).
Les exercices seront commencés et poursuivis au plus haut niveau de difficulté, afin d'établir au mieux l'amélioration au fil du temps.
Les composantes de l'intervention planifiée produisent des gains de performance sur les tâches pratiquées (par exemple, Wexler et al., 1997) et la généralisation de l'amélioration à d'autres tâches (Kurtz et al., 2007).
Toutes les formations sur les exercices informatiques seront menées avec l'encadrement du personnel formé à ces procédures.

Un programme informatisé de remédiation cognitive axé sur l'entraînement attentionnel sera utilisé.

PLACEBO_COMPARATOR: Contrôle (placebo)
La condition de contrôle placebo consistera en un entraînement de relaxation structuré, qui impliquera de visionner et de participer à des DVD de méditation et de réduction du stress, et d'écouter et de suivre un CD de relaxation musculaire progressive.
Les participants bénéficieront de l'apprentissage des techniques de réduction du stress dans cette condition, mais n'exerceront aucun des domaines cognitifs d'intérêt ciblés dans le groupe de traitement.

Cette mesure est une évaluation informatisée de l'attention, de la mémoire et du fonctionnement exécutif.
Les enquêteurs utiliseront cette mesure pour évaluer les changements dans ces domaines cognitifs entre la ligne de base (semaine 0) et le point final (semaine 8).
