Descripción
Criterios de inclusión:
- ser mayor de 18 años,
- tener un diagnóstico primario actual de trastorno de acumulación
- no tener diagnósticos psiquiátricos concurrentes no tratados y/o inestables
- tener una puntuación en el ADHDSS que es una desviación estándar o más por encima de la media
- tener una puntuación compuesta de atención en la batería computarizada de pruebas neuropsicológicas (Doniger, 2010) que está una desviación estándar o más por debajo de la media
- ser estable con todos los medicamentos psicotrópicos durante y hasta cuatro semanas antes de la inscripción en el estudio
Criterio de exclusión:
- tomando actualmente cualquier potenciador o estimulante cognitivo
- personas con antecedentes de esclerosis múltiple, lesión cerebral traumática, pérdida del conocimiento que dura más de 5 minutos, convulsiones, demencia u otros trastornos orgánicos relacionados con el cerebro
- Abuso actual de alcohol o sustancias y/o antecedentes de dependencia de alcohol o sustancias

EXPERIMENTAL: Experimental: Remediación Cognitiva
La intervención de remediación consistirá en una secuencia de ejercicios cognitivos computarizados diseñados para mejorar una variedad de aspectos de la atención, a través de ejercicios y prácticas repetidos (Bell, Bryson, Greig, Corcoran y Wexler, 2001; Bracy, 1995; Kurtz et al. ., 2007).
Los ejercicios se iniciarán y continuarán en el nivel más alto de dificultad, a fin de establecer mejor la mejora con el tiempo.
Los componentes de la intervención planificada producen mejoras en el rendimiento de las tareas practicadas (p. ej., Wexler et al., 1997) y la generalización de la mejora a otras tareas (Kurtz et al., 2007).
Toda la capacitación en ejercicios de computadora se llevará a cabo con el entrenamiento del personal capacitado en estos procedimientos.

Se utilizará un programa de remediación cognitiva computarizado centrado en el entrenamiento atencional.

PLACEBO_COMPARADOR: Control (placebo)
La condición de control con placebo consistirá en un entrenamiento de relajación estructurado, que implicará ver y participar en DVD de meditación y reducción del estrés, y escuchar y seguir un CD de Relajación muscular progresiva.
Los participantes se beneficiarán del aprendizaje de técnicas de reducción del estrés en esta condición, pero no ejercitarán ninguno de los dominios cognitivos de interés del grupo de tratamiento.
