Critère d'intégration:
- Enfants atteints de PC âgés de 7 à 16 ans ayant une cognition suffisante pour entreprendre un programme de musculation
Critère d'exclusion:
- les enfants non ambulants ou incapables de marcher 5 mètres en autonomie (sans aide à la marche),
- chirurgie du membre inférieur dans les 12 mois,
- botox dans les 6 mois,
- médicament relaxant musculaire oral
- difficulté d'apprentissage importante
- Toute affection concomitante qui serait contre-indiquée à un entraînement en résistance progressif, comme une hypertension artérielle non contrôlée, une pathologie cardiaque ou une épilepsie non contrôlée
- Où, à l'évaluation de base, ne trouve aucune faiblesse dans les muscles à l'étude
- participation simultanée ou dans les 6 mois à toute autre étude de recherche
- Non consentement à la notification du médecin généraliste (GP).

EXPÉRIMENTAL: exercice de résistance progressive à domicile
|
Durée 8 semaines ; deux semaines de familiarisation avec le protocole d'intervention sans résistance (pour familiarisation et adaptation neuronale) suivies de 6 semaines de résistance progressive (RP).
La formation PR trois fois par semaine sera un programme d'exercices à domicile avec des visites à domicile tous les quinze jours pour surveiller / faire progresser la formation PR.
Il comprend un échauffement et un retour au calme de 4 minutes avec un exercice ciblant les abducteurs de la hanche et un les rotateurs latéraux.
La prescription d'exercices suivra les lignes directrices existantes pour l'entraînement progressif aux relations publiques.
Les parents apprendront la supervision par le chercheur en utilisant des explications claires en mots et en images dans un journal de bord.
Les journaux de bord facilitent l'observance, le dosage et la motivation.
