KOKEELLISTA: progressiivinen vastustusharjoitus kotona
|
Kesto 8 viikkoa; kahden viikon perehdytys interventioprotokollaan ilman vastustusta (perustamiseen ja hermostoon mukautumiseen), jota seuraa 6 viikkoa progressiivinen vastus (PR).
Kolme kertaa viikossa järjestettävä PR-koulutus on kotiharjoitusohjelma, johon kuuluu kahden viikon välein kotikäyntejä PR-harjoittelun seurantaa/edistämistä varten.
Se sisältää 4 minuutin lämmittelyn ja jäähdytyksen, jossa on yksi harjoitus, joka kohdistuu lantion sieppaajiin ja yksi lateraalisiin pyörittäjiin.
Liikuntamääräys noudattaa olemassa olevia progressiivisen PR-koulutuksen ohjeita.
Tutkija opettaa vanhemmille valvontaa selkeillä sanoilla ja kuvilla lokikirjaan.
Lokikirjojen on todettu helpottavan noudattamista, annostusta ja motivaatiota.
