La description
Critère d'intégration:
- Les patients ont terminé 12 semaines de traitement dans l'étude NK-104-301 (NCT00249249) ou NK-104-302 (NCT00309777)
- Les patients qui n'ont pas développé d'événements indésirables liés au traitement et, de l'avis de l'investigateur, d'importance clinique où l'investigateur n'est pas à l'aise avec la poursuite du traitement du patient par la pitavastatine.
- Patients ayant suivi un régime restrictif en graisses et en cholestérol.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Toute affection susceptible de provoquer une dyslipidémie secondaire doit être réévaluée au début de l'étude de suivi.
- Le diabète sucré non contrôlé doit être réévalué au début de l'étude de suivi.
- Fonction pancréatique, hépatique ou rénale anormale
- ALAT/SGPT/ALT, ASAT/SGOT/AST ou créatine kinase (CK) sériques anormales au-dessus du niveau pré-spécifié
- Maladie cardiaque importante
