Primaire : examiner la capacité de l'échocardiographie de stress à la dobutamine à la dobutamine avec perfusion en temps réel (DSE avec RTCE) et de l'angiographie coronarienne par tomodensitométrie (cCTA) à détecter une maladie coronarienne (CAD) anatomiquement significative telle que définie par angiographie coronarienne quantitative en phase rénale terminale (IRT) Secondaire : identifier lequel de ces tests est le plus prédictif des résultats pour les patients.
Il s'agira d'une étude pilote regroupant 75 participants. Ceci est basé sur l'obtention d'une puissance de 80 % et d'une région de confiance rectangulaire de 90 % pour la sensibilité et la spécificité en utilisant des limites de confiance unilatérales, cela correspond à deux intervalles de confiance univariés de 95 % (un pour la sensibilité et un pour la spécificité). Avec 73 patients dépistés au total, il y aura 80 % de puissance pour former une région de confiance rectangulaire à 90 % autour d'une sensibilité de 90 % et d'une spécificité de 90 %, à l'exclusion des sensibilités inférieures à 69 % et des spécificités inférieures à 73 %. Nous pensons que les sensibilités et les spécificités du DSE avec RTCE et cCTA se situeront dans ces régions de confiance.

Critère d'intégration:
- Diabète sucré
- Patients subissant une évaluation de transplantation rénale.
- Actuellement sous hémodialyse
- Adultes de 19 à 65 ans
- Consentement éclairé écrit d'un participant jugé médicalement compétent par l'investigateur principal, les enquêteurs secondaires ou le personnel participant, comme indiqué au II.26 (b)
- Mâle ou femelle
Critère d'exclusion:
- Antécédents d’intervention coronarienne percutanée
- Pontage aortocoronarien
- Infarctus du myocarde antérieur ou IAM (troponine supérieure à 1,0) dans les 48 heures suivant le test
- Arythmies auriculaires ou ventriculaires qui ne peuvent pas être contrôlées par des fréquences cardiaques <65 battements par minute
- Allergie connue au produit de contraste iodé
- Insuffisance cardiaque congestive décompensée
- Insuffisance respiratoire aiguë se manifestant par des signes et symptômes de rétention de dioxyde de carbone ou d'hypoxémie
- Enceinte (sur la base des antécédents/informations obtenues auprès de la patiente)
- Possibilité que le sujet potentiel soit enceinte (sur la base des antécédents/des informations obtenues auprès de la patiente)
