Primær: Å undersøke evnen til dobutamin stress dobutamin stress ekkokardiografi med sanntids perfusjon (DSE med RTCE) og koronar computertomografisk angiografi (cCTA) for å oppdage anatomisk signifikant koronararteriesykdom (CAD) som definert av kvantitativ koronar angiografi i sluttstadiet av nyrene sykdomspasienter (ESRD) Sekundær: For å identifisere hvilke av disse testene som er mest prediktive for pasientutfall.
Dette vil være en pilotstudie med 75 deltakere. Dette er basert på å oppnå 80 % kraft og et 90 % rektangulært konfidensområde for sensitivitet og spesifisitet ved bruk av ensidige konfidensgrenser, dette tilsvarer to 95 % univariate konfidensintervaller (ett for sensitivitet og ett for spesifisitet). Med totalt 73 pasienter screenet vil det være 80 % kraft til å danne et 90 % rektangulært konfidensområde rundt 90 % sensitivitet og 90 % spesifisitet, ekskludert sensitiviteter mindre enn 69 % og spesifisiteter mindre enn 73 %. Vi tror sensitiviteten og spesifisitetene til både DSE med RTCE og cCTA vil være innenfor disse tillitsregionene.

Inklusjonskriterier:
- Sukkersyke
- Pasienter som gjennomgår nyretransplantasjonsevaluering.
- Er for tiden på hemodialyse
- Voksne 19-65 år
- Skriftlig informert samtykke fra en deltaker som anses medisinsk kompetent av hovedetterforsker, sekundæretterforskere eller deltakende personell som skrevet i II.26 (b)
- Mann eller kvinne
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Tidligere historie med perkutan koronar intervensjon
- Koronar bypass-operasjon
- Tidligere hjerteinfarkt eller AMI (troponin større enn 1,0) innen 48 timer etter testen
- Atrielle eller ventrikulære arytmier som ikke kan kontrolleres til hjertefrekvenser <65 slag per minutt
- Kjent allergi mot jodholdig kontrast
- Dekompensert kongestiv hjertesvikt
- Akutt respirasjonssvikt som manifestert av tegn og symptomer på karbondioksidretensjon eller hypoksemi
- Gravid (basert på historie/informasjon innhentet fra pasienten)
- Mulighet for at potensielle forsøksperson kan være gravid (basert på historie/informasjon innhentet fra pasienten)
