- 19-65岁的成年人

排除标准:
- 既往经皮冠状动脉介入治疗史
- 冠状动脉搭桥手术
- 测试后 48 小时内既往有心肌梗塞或 AMI(肌钙蛋白大于 1.0)
- 无法将心率控制在每分钟 <65 次的房性或室性心律失常
- 已知对碘造影剂过敏
- 失代偿性充血性心力衰竭
