Description détaillée
Cette étude visait à développer et à évaluer l'auto-efficacité et la résilience de l'application d'auto-soins pour le cancer du sein chez les patientes nouvellement diagnostiquées d'un cancer du sein subissant une chimiothérapie.
Dans la première phase de cette étude, développez un prototype de l'application d'auto-soins du cancer du sein en menant des entretiens avec des patientes.
Dans la deuxième phase, une conception expérimentale d'étude quantitative pré-test-post-test en deux groupes pour évaluer l'auto-efficacité et la résilience de l'application Breast Cancer Self-Care chez des patientes nouvellement diagnostiquées d'un cancer du sein subissant une chimiothérapie.
Les patients ont été randomisés dans les groupes expérimental et témoin.
Les patientes du groupe témoin ont reçu des soins généraux de routine et les patientes du groupe expérimental ont reçu des soins généraux de routine ainsi que l'intervention de l'application d'auto-soins pour le cancer du sein.
Les deux groupes ont rempli des questionnaires de base sur la démographie, l'auto-efficacité et la résilience au pré-test et après quatre semaines.

- Conscience claire, plus de 20 ans, peut communiquer en mandarin et en taïwanais
- Cancer du sein diagnostiqué stade I-III
- subir une première chimiothérapie
- Avoir un smartphone
- Recevant un traitement : EC/ EC+T/LC/LC+T E : (Épirubicine)、C : (Cyclophosphamide)、L : (Lipo-Dox)、T : (Taxotere)

EXPÉRIMENTAL: soins de routine généraux et l'application d'auto-soins pour le cancer du sein
|
L'application d'auto-soins pour le cancer du sein comprend plusieurs parties : introduction au cancer du sein, types de traitement, soins des effets secondaires, nutrition, vidéos de relaxation, assurance, actualités médicales et enregistrement des effets secondaires, etc.
Le chercheur a aidé à installer l'application sur le téléphone portable du patient, a saisi le compte personnel et a demandé au patient de remplir des questionnaires.
Chaque semaine, les patientes ont reçu une tâche d'éducation à la santé individuelle dans l'application d'auto-soins du cancer du sein en fonction du type de médicaments de chimiothérapie.
Après quatre semaines, ils ont de nouveau rempli des questionnaires.

Utiliser les stratégies utilisées par les personnes pour promouvoir la santé (SUPPH) mesure l'auto-efficacité des soins personnels.
Le total de l'échelle de 29 items mesure l'auto-efficacité des soins personnels.
Il existe 3 sous-échelles pour chacun des éléments suivants : Réduction du stress (10 éléments, 5 à 50 scores), Prise de décisions (3 éléments, 3-15 scores), Attitude positive (16 éléments, 16-80 scores).
La plage des scores totaux de l'échelle est de 29 à 145.
Il montre que l'auto-efficacité des soins personnels augmente à mesure que le nombre total de points de l'échelle augmente.
